Trustee-Manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust appoints Ms Margaret Lui as new Independent Director

Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd (KIFM), as Trustee-Manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT), is pleased to announce, as part of the Board’s renewal, the appointment of Ms Margaret Lui (曾安素), 66, as an independent director to the Board with effect from 1 July 2026. Ms Lui will also be appointed as a member to the Audit and Risk Committee and the Investment Committee.

Mr Khor Poh Hwa (许保华), Chairman of KIFM, said, “We are pleased to welcome Margaret to KIFM’s Board. With her wealth of experience in investments, asset management and private equity, as well as a strong track record in building businesses that deliver long-term value, she will be an invaluable addition to the Board. I look forward to working closely with Margaret, and I am confident that her deep expertise will strengthen the Board’s competencies to support KIT’s continued growth.”

Ms Lui spent over 40 years in Temasek Holdings prior to her retirement in April 2025, where she led direct investments across sectors including transportation, industrials, engineering and real estate. During her tenure, Ms Lui also played a significant role in restructuring and transforming Temasek’s portfolio companies and in establishing new startups. Her contributions include the creation of CitySpring Infrastructure, the first infrastructure business trust to be listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Ms Lui was also the founding CEO of Azalea Investment Management (Azalea), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek’s private equity platform, Seviora Holdings. Ms Lui currently serves as an Advisor to Azalea, having retired after a decade as its CEO, where she led the development of various innovative investment products.

With effect from 1 July 2026, the Board of KIFM comprises seven Directors, of whom six are Independent Directors, and the compositions of the Board committees are as follows:
