Independent Director

Ms Eng Chin Chin is is an Independent Director, as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Board Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee of the Trustee-Manager.

Ms Eng spent 36 years with KPMG Singapore and as a partner, held several senior management positions in the firm including the oversight of quality and risk management, and ethics and independence. She was also active in the capital markets space, having acted as the independent reporting accountant in the listing and subsequent fundraising exercises of several asset management and real estate entities on the Singapore Exchange.

Ms Eng has also serves on committees of regulatory and professional bodies, including the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) Ethics Committee and ACRA's Interim Sustainability Standards Committee.  She also held the position of Chairperson of the ISCA Ethics Committee from 2022 to 2026.  

Ms Eng graduated from the National University of Singapore, with a Bachelor in Accountancy.
