The Board of Directors of Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Marc Tan as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 9 July 2020.
Following Mr Tan's appointment, the Company Secretaries of the Company are Mr Marc Tan and Ms Esther Chua.
